Today, I finally got to try grass jelly. That was in my list for a few days already, but somehow it didn't work out until now. When asking the clerk at the tea store whether grass jelly and camellia tea will be good friends, he told me that grass jelly has no sugar. Therefore, I chose 30% sweetness for the tea. A jelly without sugar, isn't that amazing! However, having to put sugar in the tea for extra taste is somehow a little little little disappointing. Maybe the combination with grass jelly, tea and juice would be a nice choice without additiona. sugar. I can try that.
In that first picture, my drink looks like milk tea, but today it is not. I gues, the impression comes from shaking the drink.
After some time, the grass jelly floats and the tea has his normal colour. It is actually a quite nice combination of camellia tea and grass jelly. It really tasted healthy! I mean, this kind of taste might not be liked by everybody, but I quite liked it. What makes me really happy is that camellia green tea doesn't have such flowery taste at all. But maybe I just didn't pay that much attention to it since I was really fascinated by the grass jelly.
